How do we ship the goods?
For local orders, S.F. Express delivery or HK Post will be used.
For International orders shipping fees are calculated based on weight.
There are always exceptional cases and a surcharge may be applied to bulk products, special requests or special orders. Please check with us if you are not sure.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are usually shipped within 48 hours. If we cannot manage this, due to any reasons, we will email you a new shipment date. For local shipments and shipments to China and Macau, orders usually take 5-7 working days to arrive; for the rest of the world, it usually takes 7-14 working days for orders to arrive.

Before we can ship out your purchase, the Stripe e-commerce platform may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. Please enter your details correctly for a safe and happy shopping experience.
How can I track the order?
We’ll send you an email with tracking information when your order ships. Please wait for it.

What payments do you accept?
Handsome Co. only accepts credit card payments via the Stripe e-commerce app. We do love cash, but only if you come to our office in Lai Chi Kok in person. There are security measures implemented to secure your personal data but we never store your credit card information. For further details, please check out our privacy policy.

EXCHANGE & RETURN
What’s your exchange policy?
If your goods are defective or broken, they can be returned and exchanged for the same item(s) or items of the same value once within 14 business days from the date of delivery. Please drop us an email at bp@handsomeco.com, before returning any items, explaining what happened in as much detail as possible in order to allow smooth processing.

We understand that you may have second thoughts on the colours or other permutations of your purchase, but we are regret that we do not accept items for exchange because of such reasons. Please choose wisely.
*Upon dispute, Handsome Co. reserves the right to make the final decision on all return cases.
How long will it take if I need replacement?
For Hong Kong, Mainland China and Macau, the replacement should arrive within 5 business days after we receive your returned item(s). for the rest of the world, it usually takes 7-14 working days from date of receipt of the returned item(s) for the replacement to arrive.The shipping fee will be on us.
Will refunds be possible?
Refunds can be made for the original purchase amount. What you need to do is to email to bp@handsomeco.com with the original invoice within 14 days of receiving your purchase. All refunds will be transferred via the Stripe e-commerce platform.*
Stripe will complete the refund transaction within 5 working days. However, in some cases, it might take up to 30-60 days to complete the process depending on the payment terms of your credit card.
