We developed a brand identity that draws on tcny / Ascot Chang's tailoring tradition.  The 'T' shape was inspired by unfurling fabric.

This first film tells the story of tcny and Ascot Chang.  It explores the journeys of Justin and Lincoln Chang, the third generation of a respected tailoring family. 

We worked with Hong Kong indie rock band, Noughts and Exes specially creating a suit for lead singer, Joshua Wong.  Besides looking good the suit facilitated live stage performances, taking into account guitar straps, leads and generally allowing Josh freedom of movement on stage.  

Next tcny designed a jacket for film maker and skateboarder, Nigel Ong.  Once again they created clothing that worked for the wearer rather than forcing him to conform.  The jacket has a fitted look but allows for freedom of movement whilst skating.  Extra padding was incorporated in the elbows to take abuse from inevitable falls.

We revamped the outlook of tcny's Central store location which had been intended for selling clothing off the rack.  We modified the look and layout of the store to allow for the servicing of clients and for the taking of measurements alongside off the rack items such as ties, cufflinks and ready to wear shirts.

To celebrate and promote tcny's relaunch we designed these limited edition pocket squares out of vintage Ascot Chang shirting material from the 1970s.

Since its relaunch tcny has become a focussed business that is well respected for its tailoring and is highly sought after for its tailoring expertise.
